Participation in property sales and acquisitions between July 2022 and June 2023 • Advising Polska Wytwórnia Papierów Wartościowych on an investment process comprising the acquisition of an greenfield for a new production facility from Polfa Tarchomin.
• Advising Savills on the acquisition of part of Knight Frank’s business, which included the property management division.
• Advising Newcold on the purchase of numerous real estate properties for greenfield investments, investments in new production facilities as well as assistance in an investment process linked with the extension of already existing warehouses.
• Advising DiE Inwestycje / Ustka Apartaments on the sale of two residential buildings in Warsaw, with apartments designated to rent in the PRS formula, to one of the leading institutional investors.
• Advising Beneteau Group on the acquisition of Delphia Yachts, including the acquisition of respective real properties/production sites and related matters.
• Advising Reckitt Benckiser on the purchase of numerous real properties in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki.

We advise both tenants and landlords on lease agreements. We negotiate contracts for office space, warehouses and space in shopping malls. Selected: we represented Coca-Cola HBC Polska in the lease of approx. 4,000 sqm of office space in Warsaw; a company from Equinity Group PLC in the lease of approx. 2,500 sqm of office space in Kraków; and Pandora Group in the lease of space in shopping centres.
