Properties sold between July 2022 and June 2023 The Group has disposed of 4 buildings, which gave funds for next investments. In July 2022 GTC sold Cascade Office Building in Budapest. At the end of 2022, GTC closed the transaction on the sale of Matrix A and B in Zagreb. The transaction marked a return on cost exceeding 22% and was about 7% above the book value. In January 2023, GTC has sold the Forest Offices Debrecen in Hungary for EUR 49m.
