Centrum Południe, phase 2
Centrum Południe is the best example of well-connected buildings merged with their surroundings. The investment is located on one of the city’s main thoroughfares – Powstańców Śląskich Street; it goes through one of the most rapidly developing parts of Wrocław. The office complex can also be easily and conveniently reached by tram and bus lines or by bike. It has been designed and built in accordance with the ESG principles. It’s equipped with numerous technologies aimed at reducing its environmental impact and is fully powered by electricity produced from renewable sources. There are technologies allowing to reuse of gray water and rainwater. As a result, the building can use as much as 40% less energy and 58% less water in a year compared to a LEED-certified base building. CP phase 2 is also distinguished by loggias (40 sqm of each floor) and interesting placemaking, including a basketball court available for everyone. This is the first such solution within an office building in Wrocław.
