P180 is a great design distinguished by its Scandinavian lobby and rich vegetation with green wall covered with plants. Solutions include a thermal management system based on actual internal demand and free cooling. Skanska is sourcing all the electricity from onshore wind farms. Each room controller has a Green Leaf function.

Skanska has revitalized the area next to the P180. The local residents and the tenants, which include especially the specialists from thriving IT companies, can enjoy a daily recreational space full of greenery and architecture created with everyone in mind, including the youngest.
