Please say why your team should be considered for the award The team advised the largest institutional and private owners of real estate to execute transactions worth of €1.4 billion– ca. 32% marketshare. C&W advised CBRE IM in the largest transaction in that period- the acquisition of the 630,000 m2 Hillwood’s Project Danica logistics portfolio. Also: the team advised P3 on the largest deal in H1 2023- the acquisition of the Campus 39- 185,000 m2 business park in Wrocław. Despite unfavorable market sentiment towards offices C&W completed 4 office transactions worth €206+ million. The team continues to be a leader in attracting CEE investors to PL - 5 out of 13 transactions with Czech and Hungarian buyers. It is especially important nowadays as it mitigates the negative impact of the increased cautiousness of international investors. As debt cost and availability remains a challenge our debt arrangement experts add extra value to the clients e.g. we supported a newcomer investor Trigea in obtaining bank financing for their debut acquisitions.
