H2Offices represents a unique combination of human- and nature-centered design, fostering a connection with nature and offering a remarkable array of amenities. Building users and neighbors can relax in a landscaped, cozy open garden with a pond. A rooftop running track offers stunning views over the city. Latest technology solutions were implemented to ensure tenants' physical and mental comfort. H2Offices is designed to optimize energy efficiency, contributing to reduced operational costs. The first phase boasts an array of sustainability-enhancing features, including 40 percent water savings, an annual reduction of 540 tons of carbon emissions (equivalent to 2,685 round airplane trips from Budapest to Warsaw), and a 37 percent decrease in energy consumption.
