In 2022/ 2023 SATOIA S.A. continued working on its flagship project - SATOIA LOGISTICS PARK - successfully implementing the planned stages, including the purchase of „3B" Plot of land („Part 3B”).

SATOIA LOGISTICS PARK in Kąty Wrocławskie is a 800 000 sq m area of land with newly designed complex of buildings intended for use in logistics, combining excellent infrastructure and ideal location. It is perfectly connected with the Wrocław Airport. SATOIA LOGISTICS PARK is located at the A4 motorway junction, has excellent access to the S3 expressway and proximity to Wrocław A8 Motorway Bypass. It is directly connected to S6 and S8 expressways, which enables the Park easy communication with the largest centers in Poland - Warsaw, Krakow, Katowice, Łódź and Poznan, as well as Germany and Czech Republic.The park consists of independent parts marked as: 1, 2, 3A, 3B and 4.

Kąty Wrocławskie Part 3B is a 155 000 sq m plot of land with final building permit for 80 000 sq m of buildings.
