The company has completed more than 330 projects and constructed over 2 m sqm with development volume of over EUR 4.5 bn. The transaction was closed in April 2023.
• In Q1 2023, a JVCo of Griffin Capital Partners & Kajima Europe signed the acquisition of 70% of shares in Hymon Fotowoltaika (“Hymon”), one of the leaders in the Polish PV rooftop installations and heat pump sector, focusing on all market segments.
• In 2023, Griffin and Redefine Properties set up a JV to acquire Stokado, the second-largest self-storage operator in Poland. Stokado currently stores goods belonging to ca. 3,000 private and B2B customers in its countrywide network of dedicated self-storage facilities.
