Our retail property portfolio in Poland currently comprises 317,600 sq m of new retail schemes but we also re-commercialize retail projects totaling 1,076,169 sq m GLA.

If we add high street locations (9,902 sq m) and retail parks (6,600 sq m) we end up with a remarkable amount of 1,410,271 sq m of GLA exclusively represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s retail and asset services teams alone.
