Please say why your team should be considered for the award
The C&W Retail Agency comprises some of the most experienced experts in the commercial RE market. Their excellent knowledge of both major retail markets and smaller local ones, along with a keen understanding of consumer sentiments, trends, and challenges, translates into the ability to collaborate with major players in the Polish retail sector. C&W experts understand the perspectives of both tenants and landlords, allowing them to forge much-needed compromises in incredibly demanding landscape and tailor their clients' strategies, resulting in greater business resilience.
Recently, the team has been focusing, among other things, on re-commercialization process carried out on behalf of the Złote Tarasy. Creating the right tenant mix that meets consumer needs is a key factor in success in the highly competitive retail market. Each of the projects they undertake is treated individually, viewed as an interesting challenge and another experience that builds their unique expertise. |
