Piotr Wasilewski has been working in the commercial real estate industry for over 22 years. For eight years he worked and for six years headed the retail agency in the Polish branch of international real estate advisors DTZ, where he managed a department of 12 professionals. He also gained experience working for retail development companies such as APSYS, KATHARSIS DEVELOPMENT and FULCRUM Properties. Currently involved in managment of all retail projects in Nuvalu Polska.

Team description including the major achievements
Our 6 people team is well-versed in the local market dynamics, ensuring that we can provide valuable assistance to landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers. Our team specializes in consultancy in the phase of site selection, concept efficiency, budgeting and retail conceptual design at the early stage of creating new projects (Galeria Leszno, Galeria Północna in Warsaw, CH Solaris Toruń, CH Mazovia in Tomaszów Mazowiecki, Galeria Chełmska, Millenium Hall in Rzeszów, KARUZELA Piaseczno). Our experience also covers recommendations for project redevelopments (CH Bemowo in Warsaw, CH Turzyn in Toruń, ETC Swarzędz, Galeria Ostrowiec in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, King Cross Marcelin in Poznań). Our leaders has worked with many private and institutional clients in the purchase and sale of shopping centers. We participated and coordinated the leasing processes of many retail projects working for such clients as: GTC, IMMOFINANZ, NAPOLLO, MGPA, MAYLAND, CBRE GIobal Investors, ACTEEUM.
