The company ESG reporting mode (short description) In the spring of 2022, as the first developer in Poland, we announced a groundbreaking project to build photovoltaic farms with a total capacity of 10MW. By implementing renewable energy sources, we will reduce CO2 emissions from our buildings by over 50% throughout their lifecycle. A good example is Warsaw UNIT- one of the most environmentally friendly and technologically advanced skyscrapers in Europe. It will ultimately be powered by 100% clean energy from our own photovoltaic farms.

The company activities in environmental protection Our company joined the international Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), supporting companies in the fight against global warming in line with the goals of the Paris Agreement, and the United Nations Global Compact, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative. At Warsaw UNIT we use a BEMS system that takes care of optimizing energy consumption, and clean energy from photovoltaic pharms. Moreover, we have committed to achieving energy neutrality by 2025.
The company activities in social responsibility We created the European Square, which has become a favorite spot for Warsaw residents and hosts numerous social, cultural and artistic events. We established the Art in the City Foundation to undertake activities aimed at improving the quality of life in urban spaces. We opened the Art Walk art gallery integrated with the public space of European Square. Since its inception, the gallery has hosted 19 exhibitions, featuring more than 60 artists and showcasing 200 works.
The company activities in the corporate governance issue Our buildings use Signal OS, an advanced system integrating all applications. Users access a mobile app for touchless control, monitor people flow, request elevators, and manage parking. UV lamps ensure sterility, with fresh air in "pandemic mode." Lab-tested water quality and air sensors maintain a smog-free environment. Data integrates with Signal OS via the mobile app. We offer amenities and events, including bike/winter gear services, events, and charitable fairs.
