Key projects your company worked on between Julay 2022 and June 2023 Asset Services team diligently expanded its portfolio and as a result it grew up to 4 million sqm as C&W extended or secured a number of new mandates, including:

AEW - starting from January 2023, C&W has prolonged for another year mandate for the property management of AEW portfolio in PL consisting of two iconic shopping centres and 1 office building: Dom Mody Klif (18,753 sqm), Klif Tower (7,664 sqm) located in WAW, and Galeria Klif (32,601 sqm) in Gdynia. The portfolio expanded with a new office mandate Prosta Tower in WAW (66,611 sqm).

This period was particularly successful for expansion of property management in retail – with 4 new objects in portfolio: Aniołów Park in Częstochowa for DOR Group, Outlet Lublin for mLeasing
Matarnia Park Handlowy (one of the most popular retail schemes in Tricity totalling 52,278 sqm), Galeria Bawełnianka (it strengthens C&W’s position on the retail market. It’s a brand new shopping centre in Bełchatów totalling 21,790 sqm).

Our goal is to continuously increase the innovation of services as exemplified by Wakeapp Your Office – a solution for the management of the office buildings, through the introduction of a marketing automation system in Złote Tarasy, to the CushBot - a RPA client financial services solution allowing faster delivery of innovation without the typical costand compromise. C&W is the leader in PL when it comes to H&S and building certifications. We have the first and only WIREDSCORE assessor in PL, we offer unprecedented advisory for certificates such as Fitwell. Our team is a co-creator of the C&W’s ESG Hub in PL to assist clients in defining, achieving, and reporting ESG objectives.
