C&W has one of the best teams in regional cities. We were the first firm who built a dedicated and fully focused team providing agency services outside Warsaw in 2007. We support the creation of startup initiatives. We team up with Startup Poland to co-create the first property-focused technology accelerator company in Central and Eastern Europe.
We represent a vast portfolio of office buildings providing services much exceeding common landlord representation services’ characteristics. We manage all processes with regards to building commercialization and/or re-commercialization, we prepare and execute marketing strategies and effectively “sell” it to the market. For Zebra Tower owned by Union Investment we managed and executed the whole rebranding process.
