Opened in November 2023, it meets BREEAM New Construction standards and has attracted major corporate tenants such as ROHLIG SUUS Logistics and AFL. CO2 emissions were reduced in MDC2 Park Gliwice by 69% compared to the baseline building. Amenities for building users are located within the site, including a
relaxation zone, Rest&Move with space for sports activities and relax.

MDC² Park Gliwice is located in Gliwice at the junction of two highways - A4 and A1, which distinguishes this place on the logistics map of the country. The park consists of three buildings with a total area of 59,000 m2, located on a plot of 13.4 hectares.
