Głogowska 151, the investment received a BREEAM certificate at the very good level, - signing an exclusive agreement for the commercialization of office space in the investment titled "Sky Garden" in Szczecin with a total area of 14,000 m2, of which office space is 2,000 m2 (GLA),
TOTAL SPACE LEASED BETWEEN JULY 2022 and JUNE 2023 (GLA)	The total area rented in the above period is approximately 19,000 m2 (GLA).
