Future plans Resi4Rent plans is to increase its offering to at least 10,000 apartments by 2025. The company is going to expand in its existing locations: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Krakow, Lodz, Poznan and Gdansk. Resi4Rent has a stable financial base enabling completion and management of the new investments, consisting of, among others, €75 million obtained by Resi4Rent from EBRD, and financing worth PLN 613 million provided by a consortium of banks: Pekao S.A., Santander Bank Polska and BNP Paribas Bank Polska.
