Key projects constructed between July 2022 and June 2023 - Carrefour Psary BTS hall (nearly 50,000 m2). The facility is distinguished by a modern green roof (approx. 5.2 thousand m2) in the TUNDRA LIGHT system. It ensures plant vegetation and rainwater retention, as well as absorbing dust and pollutants from the air.
- a modern warehouse hall for the Media Expert Distribution Centre (47,000 sq m), which is the 3rd realisation for TERG S.A. (Media Expert) in Łódź.
- a warehouse hall at the Panattoni Park Błonie III complex near Warsaw. The facility, with an area of over 43,400 m2, was built ahead of schedule and handed over to the investor after just 6 months, together with an occupancy permit.
- a functional hall built for Panattoni Stryków Beta in Sosnowiec Pieńki (over 32,000 sqm.).
- a production and warehouse hall built in Lisi Ogon near Bydgoszcz at Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz IV (20,000 sqm). The facility, completed in 6 months for Belma Accessories Systems, meets the requirements for BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.
Projects under construction Harden Construction has commissioned the largest and most modern logistics complex of the Polish Post Office in the country - the Expeditionary and Cooperative Node near Radzymin - in the fourth quarter of 2023.
Another project completed before the end of this year was the construction of two halls with a total area of over 140,000 sqm. at Panattoni Park Poznań A2 in Robakowo. One of these facilities, with an area of 79,500 sqm, was built in the built-to-suit formula for H&M.
A warehouse and office hall City Logistics Łódź VI of nearly 27,000 sqm. meeting the requirements of BREEAM certification at the Excellent level was also completed.
Another development is the construction of a new 65,000 sqm production and warehouse hall for a giant in the electronics industry.
Harden will be the contractor for a warehouse facility at Panattoni City Logistics Warsaw VI of approximately 18,000 sqm.
Construction of a hall in Natolin near Grodzisk Mazowiecki for Danfoss is underway.
