Apsys won a tender thanks to the original, comprehensive management strategy presented. FOOD FYRTEL Poznań: 11.2022 opening unique on national scale foodhall - independent food & entertainment space, located in a shopping mall – Posnania. 19 gastronomic locations, special entertainment zone, external garden JANKI, RONDO & KORONA shopping centers. Extending property management contract for new period. New scope of service – lease management. Q3,Q4 2022: initiation and realization of 8 asset investments improving customer experience with a value over 3 mln PLN MANUFAKTURA Łódź, Extending property management contract for new period. 06. 2023 - launch of a photovoltaic farm with 1,218 photovoltaic panels (with a capacity of half a Megawatt) and can cover up to 45% of the daily energy demand of the building's common areas
