For over 27 years, the company has been an investor, developer, leasing agent, project manager and real estate manager. APSYS Polska currently manages over 1,000,000 sqm. GLA in 19 retail assets located in the 16 largest cities in the country. Apsys employs 230 employees: 138 in shopping centers and 92 in Warsaw headquarter. The company's largest investments include Manufaktura in Łódź and Posnania in Poznań. Thanks to many years of experience and specialist knowledge, all services, regardless of the size and location of individual properties, are tailored to the client's needs. RIVIERA Gdynia, 04. 2023: winning tender for property management services of largest shopping and entertainment center in Pomerania, with 70 000 sqm of GLA. Apsys won a tender thanks to the original, comprehensive management strategy presented.
FOOD FYRTEL Poznań: 11.2022 opening unique on national scale foodhall - independent food & entertainment space, located in a shopping mall – Posnania. 19 gastronomic locations, special entertainment zone, external garden JANKI, RONDO & KORONA shopping centers. Extending property management contract for new period. New scope of service – lease management. Q3,Q4 2022: initiation and realization of 8 asset investments improving customer experience with a value over 3 mln PLN MANUFAKTURA Łódź, Extending property management contract for new period. 06. 2023 - launch of a photovoltaic farm with 1,218 photovoltaic panels (with a capacity of half a Megawatt) and can cover up to 45% of the daily energy demand of the building's common areas |
