In the past 8 years, AXI IMMO team has remained in the top 3 Industrial agencies on the Polish warehouse market. Between July 2022 and June 2023, we closed 59 transactions covering approx. 600,000 sq m warehouse space. One of our last major achievements was the largest lease transaction in H1 2023 on the Polish warehouse market and in the entire history of the Kraków warehouse market. Our Industrial Team comprises +20 professionals specializing in tenant representation, supported by experienced experts from BTS/ BTO projects advisory, industrial land acquisition and disposal, and market research. The Industrial Team provides expertise in the development, leasing strategy, negotiation and transaction closure consultancy. Our main advantage is low staff turnover, active acquisition of new competencies and excellent knowledge of local warehouse markets. We form a fully diversified team of experienced experts who provide comprehensive advisory for Clients at every stage of operation.
