Our portfolio includes over 191 facilities with an area exceeding 5,500,000 m2 GLA. Our PM team is developing dynamically, we currently number nearly 300 people.CBRE Property Management sets the standard for excellence in real estate services. We implement ESG strategies in every sector, placing great emphasis on economy and environmental neutrality. We increase building certification standards (BREEAM, WELL, LEED), implement energy efficiency solutions, develop the areas around the property by planting flower meadows and pocket forests, invest in relaxation and recreation areas for employees, and have the so-called "green program" "for tenants, under which we periodically educate and activate (newsletters, training, workshops and medical assistance, thematic events).
