15 real estate lawyers, most of whom have more than 10 years’ of professional experience (53% - female, 47% - male). Our team is one of the largest among those in the Polish and international firms in the area of Real Estate and key services include: due diligence, transaction advisory (asset/share deal structures), commercialization of assets, property financing, JVs, DMs, investment/development processes, asset management and court/administrative proceedings. DLP has been ranked 1st in the Real Estate category of the 2023 Ranking of Law Firms by Rzeczpospolita and being named in the 2023 EMEA Legal500 as a Firm to Watch. Within indicated period DLP team has been involved in numerous transactions (over 35 various projects, including disposal of yielding assets, JV projects, investment land acquisitions and lease agreements), due diligence (more than 65 projects) and asset management services related to the portfolio of 6 shopping malls offering leasable area of over 100,000 sqm.

Participation in property sales and acquisitions between July 2022 and June 2023
PROCHEM/LFI 1 FIZAN - sale of the Astrum Business Park office complex in Warsaw offering total leasable area of over 23,000 sqm; POLISH INVESTMENT FUND - acquisition of an ongoing development in the Tricity (logistic center), structured as a forward purchase deal (27,000 GLA under construction); TRILUX - opening of a new production facility in Poland, including negotiation of a lease agreement for a BTS warehouse-production hall, leading to the signing of a 15-year lease for approximately 23,000 m2 of space in the new development; SUUS Holding - establishment by Marvipol Logistics, Suus Holding and Panattoni of a joint ventures (JV) for the construction and commercialization of a warehouse park near Łódź (45,000 GLA) and logistic center within Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate 1 (60,000 GLA); AUTO PARTNER - BTS project - construction of a new logistics center of 30,000 GLA in MLP Zgorzelec; new lease agreements for 45,000 GLA (Bieruń Logistics Park) and for 14,500 GLA (MLP Poznań West)
