MLP Poznań West

MLP Poznań West has garnered significant popularity among tenants, owing to its outstanding location and commitment to sustainable development principles. The logistics centre incorporates cutting-edge eco-friendly solutions, including rooftop solar PV systems. The park also features cyclist-friendly infrastructure, EV charging points, and insect hotels. Extensive glazing has been incorporated in the office area, enhancing access to daylight and creating better working conditions for employees. The logistics centre and the facility systems are managed and monitored using the Asset Information Model. MLP Poznań West is BREEAM certified at the Excellent level. The project’s resounding success has led to the acquisition of 6 hectares of land adjacent to the logistics centre. This will facilitate the construction of an additional 30,000 sqm of cutting-edge warehouse space.
