In our practice, we focus on helping our clients with their most strategic and complex mandates to drive their real estate business, eg advising on acquisitions and sales of cross-border property portfolios, or transactions in the PRS in Poland.

Department head or senior representative profile Since 2019, Michał has been a partner and Head of the Real Estate practice in A&O’s Warsaw office. Participation in property sales and acquisitions between July 2022 and June 2023 Our recent experience includes advising:
- Blackbrook Capital, a European independent real estate investment firm focusing on mission-critical supply chain assets, on the acquisition and development of a 45,000 sqm Class-A logistics facility in Western Poland, located near Poznan, one of the core logistics markets in Poland.
- Echo Investment on the sale of three office buildings being a part of its mixed-use Fuzja revitalisation project in Łódź to the German investment fund KGAL Group for approximately EUR56m.
- Solida Capital and 1 Asset Management on a new Purpose Built Student Accommodation project in Warsaw which will involve building approximately 350 units of modern PBSA for students and young professionals by the start of 2025.
- Bank Pekao S.A. on a lease agreement for its new head office in Warsaw. The new headquarters will be located at Forest Tower, recently completed by Slovak developer HB Reavis in Warsaw.
