Park Kojetín
Park Kojetín is the first unique multi-storey logistics building in the Czech Republic built on the brownfield site of the former settling tanks of the Kojetín sugar factory. With a floor area of nearly 52.087 sq m, the project offers more than 186.903 sq m of leasable space on four floors. From the very beginning, the project was prepared and consulted in close cooperation with the management of the town of Kojetín. In addition to other environmental measures, more than 500 new trees were planted as part of the construction of the industrial park, 200 of which were planted in Kojetín’s urban area.
