The turn of 2022/2023 was characterized by high market volatility in the face of rising inflation and very high interest rates. Nevertheless, we were one of the most active banks financing real estate sector and we have successfully closed 27 transactions with a financing volume exceeding EUR 661 m. We supported our Clients in adapting financing structures in the demanding market environment and also enabled new players to enter the polish market. Our flexible approach allowed us to respond the specific needs of different investors (local and international).
