Trei’s portfolio in Poland includes 36 retail parks in 15 voivodeships: 9 in masovian district, 4 in Silesia Province and Łódź Voivodeship, two each in Lower Silesia, Kuyavian-Pomeranian, Lesser Poland, Podlasie, Pomeranian and West Pomeranian provinces and one retail park each in Lubelskie, Lubuskie, Opolskie, Podkarapackie, Swietkorzyskie and Wielkopolskie. The size of the facilities ranges from 2000 sqm to 9000 sqm.

Properties sold between July 2022 and June 2023
Trei Real Estate's strategy is to independently plan, build, commercialize and manage the retail parks in a long term perspective. But to expand its portfolio of Vendo Parks in Poland, Trei Real Estate Poland has acceded a joint venture with investor Patron Capital. Partners will build jointly 15-20 retail parks, which will be added to the investor's portfolio. Projects in progress
Trei has 15 retail projects in progress, at different stages of development. Construction of 3 of them has already started (Szczecin, Lubin, Konin). 4 are at the preparatory stage and they have obtained building permit (Bolesławiec, Wrocław, Mogilno, Ciechanów). Another 8 projects are on various stages of agreements (Katowice, Sierpc, Siedlce, Gniezno I and II, Września, Kostrzyn nad Odrą, Grudziądz, Kędzierzyn Koźle). Trei Real Estate has in the pipeline 15 retail project in 15 locations: 3 each in Greater Poland, Mazovia, Lower Silesia ; 2 Vendo Parks each in the West Pomeranian and Kuyavian-Pomeranian regions, and 1 facility each in Silesia and the Opole region.

Why your company should be considered for the award
• Trei increased investment volume to approx. 2.0 billion €. The value of commercial properties was 200 million €.
• Despite the difficult economic situation Trei maintains its targeted growth rate in Poland • Leasing agreement with a leading DIY market in Poland for 11 270 sqm and with LIDL for 2 100 sqm in Vendo Park Szczecin. The facility will provide 24,000 sqm and it will be one of the biggest Trei’s retail park. • In 2023 Trei has joined the Polish Council of Shopping Centers and Managing Director has joined the PRCH board. It was another developers’ step to strengthen the position and interests of small retail formats in Poland. • In 2029 Trei launched the first annual retail park and convenience centers market summary in Poland. 2023 edition was released with JLL. • One of the first retail park developers to implement sustainable solutions such as photovoltaic systems, green roof. Trei has begun BREEAM certification of its retail parks. |
