Vendo Park Skarżysko-Kamienna
Vendo Park Skarżysko-Kamienna was the thirty-first Vendo Park in Poland and the developer's first completed investment in the Świętokrzyskie province. The 8,000-square-meter facility was fully commercialized even before the opening day, which confirms the high interest of tenants in developing their brands in this kind of retail format. Currently, the retail park enjoys high popularity among consumers and high tenant demand. That is why Trei Real Estate Poland has already planned to expand it.
Tenant-mix was selected to meet basic shopping needs and expand the available offer not only for the local community, but also for neighboring localities. Visitors are provided with 360 free parking spaces.
Fourteen attractive brands are not all that sets it apart. It is worth noting that it is partially powered by its own photovoltaic system.
The total value of the investment was €9.8 million.

Ecological and energy efficient solutions/ certyficates Vendo Parks are properties without common areas, so energy consumption is lower than in shopping centers. Additionally, some of Trei's retail parks already use solar power. The retail park Skarżysko-Kamienna uses a photovoltaic system to support facility power supply and to generate savings for tenants and embed sustainability and ESG. This kind of green solutions are not yet common among polish retail parks and Trei is one of the first developers implementing them.
