Invesco Real Estate (IRE) the global real estate investment manager, has been providing real estate investment and property asset management services since 1983, first in the US and then expanding into Europe and Asia. IRE currently has US$71.3bn of assets under management around the world. In Europe the company manages 130 assets of US$7.9bn across 13 European countries.

Anna Duchnowska manages the firm’s Polish operations as head of IRE’s Warsaw office, which opened in March 2014 and is IRE’s second office in CEE following the opening of the Prague office in 2005. Anna is also Director of Asset Management where she is responsible for overseeing IRE’s Polish portfolio and for developing IRE’s presence in Poland. Currently, IRE employs 8 real estate professionals in Poland and Czech Republic.
