• advised and represented investment fund on the establishment of a joint venture with leading logistics developer for the purpose of acquisition of the land, development and commercialization of warehouse-logistics project;
• advised and represented investor based in UK on the establishment of a joint venture with leading logistics developer in Poland for the purpose of acquisition of the land, development and commercialization (as a single tenant building for global e-commerce platform) of warehouse-logistics project.
• was involved in transaction covered acquisition of a portfolio of warehouse properties located in Warsaw, Targówek, in Raszyn and in Piaseczno. Once redeveloped the sites will bring to the market nearly 150,000 GLA.

since January 2022, joining date Deloitte Legal Poland took part in preparation and negotiations for a few clients the development management agreement in respect of a special real estate developments. The advice included also assistance in respect of acquisition of the property and due diligence process.
