In mid 2022, Zeitgeist invested more than €1 billion in the development of a 27Ha site in Berlin-Lichtenberg. The construction project is one of the largest in Berlin. Now that planning permission has been granted, it can get underway. Zeitgeist launched an extensive public participation process to redevelop the 27-hectare neighborhood in Berlin with 3,500 flats.

Zeitgeist has big plans for the Lichtenberg district. In mid 2023, Zeitgeist was exclusively mandated by Karl Group to manage and further develop another area with 200,000 sqm of commercial space near the site of 27Ha. The client is a subsidiary of the Karl Group. The total value of the projects is around €2 billion.
