Paul Kusmierz, a US citizen originally from Minnesota, has been active in the Polish and CEE real estate markets since 1996. As a Polish resident, Paul Kusmierz has been involved in numerous real estate transactions as an investor, sponsor, adviser, and debt finance originator. Working in partnerships Mr. Kusmierz has been responsible for over 40 transaction totalling over 1.4 billion Euros, across 30 locations in Central & Eastern Europe.

Master Management Group (MMG) specializes in real estate management, development, redevelopment and acquisitions of high-quality retail-based properties located in key markets throughout Poland. It has been active on the market for 16 – years. The company has acted as the local partner to some of the world’s largest institutional funds and property investors. MMG sources local retail property investments for leading global investors and provides ongoing support by offering a wide range of asset and property management services from asset acquisition through to exit. In the past, MMG has worked with such partners as Marcol, and Europa Capital, DRFG as well as in a joint venture with Blackstone.
MMG has developed, acquired, managed, and divested a portfolio of high-quality retail properties of over 500,000 sqm GLA. Currently, MMG manages 135,000 sq m of retail and mixed-use space in Poland. |

Hi Piotrkowska, a mixed-use complex, consisting of two buildings offering 21,000 sq m of Class A+ office space and 5,000 sq m for retail and service units. The third facility is the Hampton by Hilton hotel with 8,000 sq m. The landmark building of the complex is a 20-story office tower, which has already received the status of the tallest office in Łódź. Hi Piotrkowska is primarily a class A+ office building and achieved two BREEAM certifications: on the construction stage with 'Very Good' level, and for Post Construction Stage at the ‘Excellent’ level. The project is already 70% leased.

The company is active on the market for 16 years. MMG maintains in-house experts in property management, leasing, accounting and finance, information technology and offers investment and partnership opportunities. As a result, MMG successfully implements independent projects and cooperates with leading developers and investors. In the last two years the company developed, delivered and leased Hi Piotrkowska, a mixed-use complex of 34 000 sqm GLA in Łódź obtaining key tenants, who chose the property as their new location for business. MMG also revived footfall and upgraded the offer of the centres in the portfolio: MMG Center in Ciechanów was renovated and expanded, 7 new stores appeared in the center covering almost 4 000 sqm. The centre in Kutno gained Half Price and 3 tenants doubled their space. Retail formats in Szczecin and Poznań upgraded their offer with ALDI and Euro - spar. All centers in the portfolio reported increses in both footfall and turnovers.
