Renata Kinde-Czyż is a graduate of both the university of Gdańsk and the university of Oslo. She has been involved in the commercial real estate market for more than 20 years. She holds a MBA degree and is a licensed property manager. She began her career in the METRO Group in 1997 as Regional Director, she then became the Director of Shopping Centers. In 2005 she was appointed to the position of Member of the Management Board. Since 2012 , she has been the President of the Management Board.

• METRO PROPERTIES implemented a number of modernization and management measures that improved the functioning of the network of popular M1 shopping centers in Poland in 2021. This means a significant reduction in media consumption, less waste and lower carbon dioxide emissions.
• Introduction of the iMall application, the purpose of which is to improve cooperation and achieve a higher level of management digitization. Its basic function is to ensure efficient contact between tenants and the administration of the center and communication in all important areas of operation of a given facility.
• METRO PROPERTIES starts 2022 with lease levels in M1 shopping centers of over 99 percent. The tenant portfolio was supplemented in all nine locations with well-known local and international brands from many industries.

During this time, the amount of generated waste was reduced by 34 percent. Electricity consumption fell by 13 percent. Water demand was reduced by 15 percent. In turn, the amount of carbon dioxide emitted to the atmosphere as a result of the activities of the centers decreased by 18 percent.
• The iMall application is an innovative tool on the market - a year after its launch, it is used by over 750 tenants from nearly 30 industries. iMall enables remote management and instant information exchange. In addition, it simplifies the procedure of reporting service faults and a number of activities important in the efficient management of a commercial facility.
• The lease level in the facilities managed by METRO PROPERTIES in Poland today reaches 99 percent, proving the strong business position of M1 centers.
