Mainly Office. UNIT is also famous for its unique attraction on the highest floor – Skyfall Warsaw, glass-floored platform which tilts out of the building, offering visitors a breath-taking experience never before seen in Europe. It also houses a top-floor skybar designed by PBPA and Mac Stopa.
The technical systems and innovations to improve office working conditions/comfort
A special-purpose building operation system (Signal OS) ensures the comfort of users. It allows easy access to the office, remote booking of conference rooms, and informs users when building is working in “pandemic mode” etc. UNIT has been also named “Object without Barriers”.
Technical innovations
Warsaw UNIT was the first building designed to actively fight a pandemic. It has anti-pandemic solutions, such as UV lamps in all elevators and in air conditioning systems that preventing spread of viruses and bacteria. The building is complemented by the artistic kinetic façade
