We are from Gdańsk. We have been operating in the market from nearly 20 years. During that time we have delivered over 160,000 sqm of modern office space to the Tricity market, although our portfolio also includes hotel, warehouse and residential investments. So far we have completed 7 transactions of selling our office properties to 6 different funds (5 buildings of Arkońska Business Park and 4 stages of Alchemia) for a total amount of 370 mln EUR.
Our team consists of nearly 120 professionals and enthusiasts of real estate development industry. They create our unique know-how. Thanks to them we are able to set the trends and create the highest quality offer in the commercial real estate sector.
