We invest in high‑quality logistics projects! We focus on investing in full implementation of high quality logistics projects. The facilities are located in strategic locations with good access to infrastructure. Thus, we give our investors the opportunity to participate in the dynamically developing warehouse real estate market. That is why we work closely with the largest logistics developer in Europe, backed by professionalism and international expertise. It allows us to realize safe and predictable profits, based on the developer’s several years of experience and hundreds of projects completed by him during this time. Newport Logistics Fund finances the full investment cycle of industrial logistics properties, funding the construction and commercialization of Grade-A developments across the EU. In addition to the economic profitability of our investments and responsible risk management, we focus on environmental and social issues. Together with our partners we would like to build a more sustainable future.
