Our flagship project, a logistics building in Cheb, became the greenest industrial building in the world according to BREEAM, receiving a record high score of 90.68%.
In line with our ESG goals, we use the rooftops of our industrial parks as solar power plants. The installations primarily supply energy directly to the buildings and cover the tenants’ energy consumption.
