DL Tower is part of an office complex located in Katowice at 138a Korfantego Avenue. During the construction phase, the building was identified as an investment that will influence the image of Katowice. The building was also awarded at the International Design Awards. The building's advantage is its location near the city centre with easy communication with the most important roads in the region, i.e. the A4 motorway and the Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa (Intercity Road) communicating the building with other cities of the Silesian agglomeration. A great advantage of DL Tower is its direct communication with the railway station and the bus station using public transport stops located directly by the building. In addition, the complex combines a retail and service function with an office function, offering a wide range of dining, shopping, sports and beauty facilities.
