In parallel, P3 continued the strategy of diversifying land banks in all key markets in CEE, which already allows it to respond immediately to customer demand in all leading regional markets. Our competitive advantage stems from our strong local presence combined with our extensive presence in Europe and solid capital position, which allows us to take development risks and close deals quickly. The Company owns and operates one of the largest logistics portfolios in continental Europe with €8.3b of GAV across 11 countries and 7.6m m² of GLA. Geographically diversified portfolio with presence in 11 countries, split as follows: Western markets (~61%) and CEE markets (~39%).
Currently 80.2% (based on the 2022 like-for-like) of P3’s assets have a “BREAAM” certification of “Very Good” or better or local equivalent.

Operationally, the company’s portfolio grew to 7.6 million m² across 11 European countries, registering an all-time high occupancy rate of 98%.
