The Investment Department at Savills is one of the most senior, experienced and successful teams on the Polish market. The team of 12 professionals provides a full range of commercial buy- and sell-side advisory across all major property sectors. Since 2018 a specialized unit, led by John Palmer, has been operating within the department focused on the industrial sector only, providing unrivalled expertise for investors targeting industrial assets. The investment department cooperates closely with the Corporate Finance & Valuation team led by Kamil Kowa, which advises parties targeting alternative assets, such as student housing or BtR. The entire team has achieved a number of successes, attracting new capital sources to Poland, setting record price levels and structuring highly-complex portfolio transactions. Savills investment team is now expanding its services dedicated to land acquisition.
