Location
The building is located in the city centre, on the quiet waterfront of the Oława river. Angel City is just a few minutes' walk from the city's most important sites - such as Grunwaldzki Bridge, the Polytechnic Campus, or the main railway station.

Number and types of building
Angel City is a mixed-use building with 370 flats and penthouses and 1700 m2 of retail space. Approximately 90% of the floor area is designated for residential and 10% for retail.
Functionality
24-hour security, fitness centre and spa, electric car charging station, bike storage, visitor parking and shops on the ground floor. The internal patio and green roof relate to the surrounding nature, while the modern fitness centre and spa ensure the excellent well-being and health of residents.
Innovations
Angel City's layout responds efficiently to opportunities and qualities of the historical context of City Centre. The ground floor's active frontage wraps around the whole building perimeter and offers a varying scale of retail and commercial units reflecting foot traffic intensity and type.

Angel City is primarily a residential building, with residential space of 16 000 m2.
Number of parking space
The three-level car park offers 348 parking spaces, with an additional 35 spaces located in the city's paid parking zone.
Ecological and energy efficient solutions/ certyfications
Building design maximises the benefits of a design-based approach to energy efficiency. Reduction of heat gain and loss is maximised through design rather than complex bolt-on systems. A combination of recessed and recessed balconies were used on the articulated façade to address this issue without the need for additional external louvres. High-intensity vegetation was used on all roofs, including podium and rooftop levels, to provide amenity for residents and increase energy efficiency.
