The technical systems and innovations to improve office working conditions/comfort
Forest meets the criteria of WELL certificate, users can individually control lighting and temperature. Optimal triple glazing with low U-value helps to reduce energy parameters and ensure balance between daylight and limitation of excessive sunlight.
Technical innovations
Its green credentials include awards from the Polish Green Building Council, BREEAM and WELL; with HRA Architekci’s design employing solutions that reduce its carbon footprint and maximise resources, including an energy-efficient façade and rainwater re-use system.
