The Real Property Team consists of 20 lawyers practicing in our three offices in Poland (Warsaw, Gdynia, Wrocław) supported by legal experts from our American offices of the Firm as well as qualified administrative personnel. Over the last 30 years members of the team have gathered unique expertise in the field on account of their legal advice to clients in various market segments. The team is comprised of authors of professional publications on real property law, administrative law and construction law. Additionally, the lawyers are highly reputed professors of Law Department of the University of Warsaw who specialize in the area of land development law as well as civil, administrative, construction and agricultural law.
