Why the company should be considered for this award:	Wilanów Office Park represents consideration for the environment. Its design and construction is implemented according to the principles of sustainable development. This unique investment in Warsaw consists of low-rise office buildings and vast green areas. Around 50 pct of the total area will be landscaped, while modern and energy saving technologies will create excellent working conditions. All the buildings in Wilanów Office Park are subject to BREEAM standard pro-ecological certificates, which in turn means: intelligent office management systems; water and energy saving by accurate monitoring of resources; energy-saving cooling systems; blind systems limiting the use of energy; people-friendly work environments; uninterrupted natural light in the office space; the use of pro-ecological materials; waste sorting; and bicycle-friendly designs. The four-storey buildings, the “green” view from the window, the large distances between the buildings and the 50 pct of biologically active space makes one feel free and closer to nature.
