Polnord has thirty years of experience in business investment and development, and is thus able to adapt quickly and flexibly to market requirements. Polnord conceived the highly acclaimed Miasteczko Wilanów, a unique urban project rthat received the prestigious 2010 Award for Excellence from the Urban Land Institute. Polnord is ranked as the fifth biggest residential developer in the CEE region. At the moment 1,642 units are under construction and 1,107 units are planned.
