Why the company should be considered for the award.:	P3 projects this year include: PointPark Poznań, 8,630 sqm for Ceva Logistics and its client GlaxoSmithKline (the occupancy of the park was raised by 90 pct); PointPark Prague ‘D1’, 7,239 sqm for DB Schenker (with already leased space of 26,000 sqm it is now the second largest tenant at the park); PointPark Mszczonów, 14,817 sqm for ID Logistics (the building was fitted with various economic and environmental solutions); PointPark Bratislava, an additional 12,000 sqm for Möbelix (its existing space within the park was 39,500 sqm, expanded by 14,000 sqm); Arad Business Park, a cooperation agreement with NBGI PE for development and leasing management services (the park offers 40,000 sqm of built-up area used for light industry, logistics and distribution); and PointPark Žilina, the completion of 6,000 sqm, the first phase of the park, for Albatros Logistics and DB Schenker). PointPark Poznań has become the first logistics park in Poland to have completed BREEAM certification. An interim ‘Very Good’ rating was granted to two buildings at the design stage.
