Short information about the project:	Plac Małachowskiego, designed by Jan Heurich and constructed in 1910, was enlarged and converted into A+ class office building and delivered in 2014. Located in Warsaw CBD at 2 Małachowski Square. Originally the building was dedicated to house the library and art collection of Krasiński’s family, however during the construction was sold to Count Edward Raczyński. The property is a re-development of the so-called Raczyński Mansion and development of the adjacent site at Traugutta Street. The project envisaged restoration of the building’s historic façade with site windows on the ground and first floor. Architecture of the original façade and internal decorative details were preserved with accuracy and diligence. Property was adapted to the highest standards. Certificate on level Very Good in BREEAM is expected. Plac Małachowskiego is listed in the Register of Historic Monuments. The Polish branch of K&L Gates Law Firm became the first lessee of occupying 3 500 sq. m of space.
