A build-to-own (BTO) project executed to a special order from a cash&carry chain offering comprehensive supplies for professional customers,e.g.restaurants, caterers,hotels and retailers.In line with the business concept, the warehouse takes up 9,000 sqm, with a 1,500-sqm freezer warehouse and 800-sqm cold storage, while office space takes up 1,200 sqm. Panattoni Europe was responsible for the comprehensive development of a warehouse facility dedicated to fast-moving consumer goods, which calls for some special solutions. In fact, the developer was building an advanced distribution centre which, due to the diversity of the goods stored, including fresh, frozen and even non-food products, and their temperature requirements, features warehouse space divided into sections with variable temperature, including cold store and freezer warehouse. |
