Panattoni Europe is part of the Panattoni Development Company, (based in Sacramento, CA, founded in 1982) a commercial real estate expert specializing in industrial, office and retail projects. Panattoni Europe has been present in Poland since 2005.
Panattoni Europe, within only 5 years on the Polish market, has delivered 1.2 million m² of space. As of Q3.2010 and since 2008, the developer is the leader on the industrial market with regards to net take up. Currently Panattoni has under construction 200 000 m² of space (mostly BTS projects) and a 2% vacancy rate within its existing portfolio. Throughout the last 5 years Panattoni has registered record deals on the market: H&M-52000 m² (2007), Leroy Merlin–56000 m² (2008), Tesco–57000 m² (2010). In the build-to-suit segment Panattoni has no competition. Panattoni cooperates with many foreign investment funds which acknowledge the portfolio as containing strong, high-quality assets.

Panattoni Europe jest częścią Panattoni Development Company, (założonej w 1982, z siedzibą w Sacramento, CA) dewelopera specjalizującego się w nieruchomościach przemysłowych, handlowych i biurowych. Panattoni Europe jest obecny w Polsce od 2005 roku.
Panattoni Europe w ciągu 5 lat obecności na polskim rynku dostarczył 1,2 miliona m² powierzchni w kraju. Na koniec Q3.2010 i od 2008 firma jest liderem w branży w umowach dot. popytu netto. Obecnie Panattoni ma w budowie ok. 200 000 m², głównie projektów BTS i posiada 2% wskaźnik pustostanów w istniejącym portfolio. Przez ostatnie 5 lat Panattoni odnotowało rekordowe transakcje na rynku H&M-52000 m² (2007), Leroy Merlin–56000 m² (2008), Tesco–57000 m² (2010). W segmencie build-to-suit deweloper praktycznie nie ma żadnej konkurencji. Realizuje nietypowe obiekty. Współpracuje z wiodącymi funduszami zagranicznymi, które postrzegają portfolio Panattoni jako wysokiej jakości, mocne aktywa.
